Frazee Investment Consulting, Inc. is a Registered Investment Adviser providing comprehensive wealth management services to a select group of institutions and families.

The firm was founded in 1997 by William A. Frazee, a long-time CPA in Memphis. He started the firm at the urging of many of his friends and clients who were excited at the prospect of a trusted advisor who could manage and oversee their financial affairs.

Over the past two decades, the firm has grown in both personnel and the number of clients we serve. The firm is now managed by the next generation of owners who remain committed to the original values upon which the company was founded. Despite the growth in recent years, we still maintain a small firm feel and aspire to deliver a high level of personal service to each client we serve.

All of our efforts are based on the tenets of honesty, reliability, transparency, objectivity and integrity. Above all, we pledge to always place the client's best interest above our own.

Our mission is simple — We exist to help our clients achieve their financial goals by integrating prudent investment management, comprehensive financial planning and trustworthy advice.
